keeping the vibes high. embracing the mess, holding space and caring the most. you can likely find me on a whole lotta meetings, strategy sesh-ing, ideating on the big picture magic, moving the ENC needle and thinking out of the box. also - live hugs, always.
hanging with the boys (the hubs and theo that is). tablescaping, taking typical recipes and turning them on their heads - cuz exploration ya know? forever reorganizing the bookshelves, doing face masks and making homemade pizza. in truth, i'm just a very creatively fueled woman at home with my peeps.

You can find me working on a brand with my lovely design team or drawing up a custom illustration for a client project! When I'm not designing, I'm collaborating with the team and ensuring all design concepts have the ENC stamp of approval!
Going on walks with my pup, reading and cuddling alongside my cat, or cooking and dancing with my boyfriend! I'm also a plant mom and have a mini garden (on my mini patio).
Painting, going to pilates, baking sourdough, vintage shopping, any craft I can get my hands on I will be doing!

BRAND STRATEGIST
On any given day, I’m rocking a whole closet full of hats. One minute, I’m nose-deep in my laptop whipping up the juiciest brand copy. Next, I’m in meetings soaking up brand intel, scoping, mapping and steering the project ship. And let’s not forget the matcha-fueled brainstorms with Ellyse, where big dreams get even bigger. Whether I’m at the office or rocking some WFH vibes, one thing’s guaranteed: the snacks are always flowing.
Home, I barely know her. But when I do slow down long enough to land there, you’ll find me in full ritual mode. Cacao in hand, journal open, maybe sneaking in a meditation or a long walk to clear the noise. And yes, nine times out of ten, I end up in the bathtub with epsom salts, candles flickering, and a book or a scroll.
Currently in my “do it all, but do it with intention” era: relaunching Feral (she’s back and wilder than ever), leading my restorative yoga + Reiki classes (hello, deep exhale), hosting Goodnight Reiki (your soul’s bedtime story), and sneaking in weekend trips that double as both adventure and reset.

I'm often switching screens between campaign planning/tetrising, mapping outlines for social and email creative and coordinating print projects through their final production. Lots of moving pieces, always, and that's the way I like it!
Usually trying a new workout class and then making a big, 'ol breakfast in the morning, and after work I'm finding something new in my space to organize or decorate. Usually winding down with a Youtube vlog (yes, I'll forever love a vlog of other people's loves).
Slowly getting back into reading, and I really want to become more of a book worm! Also doing a lot of thrifting and searching for fun marketplace pieces for the apartment!

You’ll find me with 100+ tabs open and a coffee or matcha in hand! Bee-bopping between creating brand magic, designing vibey social feeds, and creating emails filled with goodness. Always brainstorming alongside the coolest design team around ;)
Spending quality time with my hubs & our pup (on a walk, playing a new card game, or trying a new recipe). Our home is never empty! We're always hosting our besties for a pool day, dinner party, or movie night! All while planning our next travel adventure...
Sipping & yapping at a new coffee shop, antiquing for treasures, facetiming my family, or picking up a freshly developed roll of film!

Probably at my desk, deep in the weeds on a website. Could also be spotted doing a handwritten logo or brand mark. Always in Figma (Figgy, as we know her). Obsessed with branding and making concepts come to life!!!
In the summer, find me at the pool or Bead World. Otherwise, I may be on a walk taking pictures of flowers !!! Or a beautiful hike somewhere. Avid Froyo aficionado.

Why We Started
The short version? Branding deserves better.
After years in the high-pressure, fast-churn worlds of editorial and commercial creative, our founder Ellyse saw the same thing on repeat: speed over substance, output over impact, and people—founders, teams, audiences—getting lost in the process. She learned the rules. Saw the patterns. And then decided to break them.
ENC was born as a creative rebellion: a space where strategy isn’t an afterthought, design isn’t watered down, and clients are treated like collaborators, not transactions.
What began as a solo studio has evolved into ENC today: deeply skilled, wildly creative women who trust each other, protect the process, and go all‑in for the work.
No conveyor belt. No agency ego trip. Just purposeful, high-care brand building with grit.
