Believe it or not it’s my bok choi salad (I know I know very un-Turkey day tradition) BUT it’s become everyone’s favorite pre turkey treat!
Peanut sauce: (Sorry guys I don’t have measurements here. Use those eyeballs and tastebuds)
Smooth peanut butter
Tamari sauce
Lime juice
Rice wine vinegar
Sesame oil
*heat in the microwave for 30 seconds to smooth and combine!
The goods needed:
Bok choi
Cilantro
Basil
Mint
Sugar peas (blanched)
Shrimp (cooked)
toothpicks
The how to:
Blanch the sugar peas and ensure your shrimps are cooked and with the tails off.
Take a pea, basil leaf, sprig of mint and cilantro and wrap around the shrimp. Secure with a toothpick.
Dip it and enjoyyyyy.
